Broosha

Broosha orders are shipped and delivered on working days from Monday to Friday (excluding major holidays). Any placed order Friday after 2pm will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. During high season, delivery might take a little longer.

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. Only if your product is unopened we will be happy to refund you. If the outer package shows some defect or there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us within 14 days. Please do not get rid of the packaging box and protection fillers as, in case of acccorded return, you will need them to send us the products back and keep them safe during shipping.

After 14 days of goods delivery, the purchase is considered final.

We are not going to refund the products for the following reasons:

• Damaged products by the hands of the customer.
• Products not purchased through our store.
• Used products that have been opened and handled.

Once the return is agreed and received back at Broosha, we will check the condition of the goods being returned before processing the refund, that will be sent to the same payment method of the original order within 10 days. Shipping costs of original orders are not refundable, shipping costs of returned goods are free of charge.
