RETURN AND REFUND

It’s mandatory for vendors to offer returns for items that are unused, undamaged, and inside their original packaging for at least 14 days after purchase. You can refer to the product details when inquiring about specific returns, found under the ‘Return & Refund’ section of the product or at their Store. Items will be refunded to the original form of payment and will be visible after 5-10 working days, depending on the payment method used.

 

Some items, like food & drinks, personal hygiene, health care, personalized items, and others are not qualified for return/refund. This is defined by each vendor. 

 

All products that you would like to return are simply sent back to the return/origin address within the cancellation period (to be found in the return & refund policy of the respective retailer).

The costs involved in returns are a decision of each seller and may vary between stores, it's important you check all the information.

You will be able to request the return and refund directly from your Account > Check my orders > Orders > Request Return & Refund.

 

Here are next steps: 

  1. The seller will review your request and communicate with you through your Order > View.
  2. If approved, you will receive a notification to purchase the return (if applies) and recieve the shipping label for the return
  3. Drop the package to our courrier.
  4. Once the procedure is completed and the product is checked by the seller we will notify you when the refund is successfully fulfilled by email.

The amount will be visible in your bank account after 5-10 working days of the last email notification.

It is best to find out who will bear the costs in the event of a return before you order. At Bluehouse there are no uniform return conditions, instead all vendors determine their own cancellation policy. Before buying, you can view them directly for each product by clicking on "Return and Refunds" tab. 

 

In some cases, the vendors also include a return label with the consignments so that they can be returned free of charge; please use this for the return. If you are not sure how to proceed with your return, write us an email at support@bluehouseworld.nl , we will be happy to provide you with information.

Simply proceed as with a return and then place a new order.
