To return the item it must be unused, in the same condition and original packaging that you received it. Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept the retours for the brushes. If the product is broken or wrongly shipped, please send us a an email with the pictures, so we can support you further.
Once your retour is accepted, we will refund your funds to the original method of payment, which may take a couple of days.
