We are very proud of our products, and hope you can experience the beauty of waste with them. We logically do our best to deliver them in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is not properly delivered or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to Unwaste within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for a replacement or offer an alternative free of charge.
