After you submit the return request and we accepted, you have 14 days to return it. You will return the product to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. You must also return the package at your own expense.
I have received a damaged or incomplete product, what now? Although we do everything we can to deliver every order neatly, completely and on time, it can happen that something is wrong with the order. We ask you to report this to our customer service as soon as possible after receipt. We will then ensure that you receive the desired product in good condition as soon as possible.
