About Arwac Coffee
In Magdalena, in the north of Colombia, 59 coffee farmers grow the finest coffee according to the highest organic and fair trade conditions.
This coffee is processed and traded through the Coocafe Cooperative. We buy the coffee directly from this cooperative. In addition to a good price for the coffee, we also pay a premium of 2 euros per kilo extra. This money goes to a project to further improve their quality of life.
The coffee is traditionally roasted in Utrecht by Jasper, our neighbor of Nordkapp. The medium roast is perfect for a delicious espresso or full cup of coffee. This way you always drink the freshest and most responsible coffee, that’s enjoyment!
The coffee is freshly roasted and can be kept for at least 1 year after roasting.
The coffee has an optimal taste for up to 3 months after roasting.
The coffee bags can go with the organic waste, because they are biodegradable.
