The blackberry leaves are full of antioxidants so will boost your immune system. The lemongrass regulates high blood pressure and aids in digestion. The chamomile will relieve anxiety and help settle your stomach. The lavender flowers will boost and improve your sleep. The rose petals are high in antioxidants and vitamin C and will soothe your stress. Orange blossoms are abundant in Vitamin C, flavonoids, and carotene. The heather flowers assist with sleep disorders.
There are two sizes of jars that this tea comes in. The small glass jar consists of 10 grams and the medium glass jar consists of 25 grams.

Lemon balm, peppermint, blackberry leaves, lemongrass, chamomile, lavender flowers, rose petals, orange blossoms, and heather flowers.
How to use
Boil your water to 100 °C. Pour 1 teaspoon of the tea leaves into a tea infuser and put it in a mug. Pour the boiling water over the tea infuser and allow to brew for 5-8 minutes. Once brewed, take the tea leaves out and throw them in your compost. Relax and enjoy your tea!

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept the return of an unused product within 14 days, after 14 days we cannot provide a refund or exchange. Once we receive the returned item The Eden Girl will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in the original packaging, and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for a refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
