Description

Tealight package is the perfect gift to someone that you can’t decide which scent to choose or always a lovely gesture to yourself. And it comes with one beautifully warm, reddish-orange Terracotta holder. Which is all handmade in Amsterdam therefore totally unique. Each lightly-glazed and perfect for tealights.
These rapeseed candles are all hand-poured into beautiful recycled amber glass jars in a small studio located in Amsterdam West. The candles emit a warming glow and work well in everyone’s interior. They avoid extra packaging – your tealights will arrive in a glassine paper bag so they can be easily stored and kept at their best. These delicate little rapeseed wax candles are perfect for using in glass holders, re-purposed jars, or with an oil burner. Our packaging is 100% plastic-free.

SCENTS

Pilton:
Inspired by the one and only Glastonbury Festival, held in Pilton, England. Soft and woody sandalwood, musky amber, earthy cedar, a hint of cinnamon, some hidden spices, and a touch of raspberry. Bold and complex, yet calming, Pilton will take you on a walk through the green fields of Somerset.

Naeba:
Taking inspiration from the magical Fuji Rock Festival, held on the slopes of Mount Naeba, Japan. One smell of Naeba, and you’ll find yourself surrounded by the forests of Niigata.

Return policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you’ve received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition  that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (with an unbroken seal if present).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (unless in a sealed package and the seal is unbroken)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. This will be examined by us and decided wether a partial refund is granted or not. This is not a guarantee, however!
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet after you’ve received a confirmation email, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
