Description

This soap bag is the perfect natural product to add to your shower routine. You can put it in any soap bar to keep it secure and hang it to dry. It has a gentle peeling effect, almost like a gentle loofah, exfoliating any dead skin cells thanks to the jute fibers. It is also great to store some smaller soap pieces that are hard to use. That way you’ll be sure to not waste any soap and finish it all!It’s also an amazing travel accessory for your soap and shampoo bars teaming up as a soap dish and wash cloth whilst you’re away.

How to use

Simply put your favorite soap bar inside the soap pouch or rub it against the soap bag to create a soapy lather, and gently massage it into wet skin! When you’re done just hang it to dry and keep your soap long-lasting!

Return policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you’ve received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition  that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (with an unbroken seal if present).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (unless in a sealed package and the seal is unbroken)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. This will be examined by us and decided wether a partial refund is granted or not. This is not a guarantee, however!
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet after you’ve received a confirmation email, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
