What is the Bluehouse Gifting Card?
Glad you asked! It is a credit coupon that is sent to the recipient’s email. The coupon is not transferable, and can be redeemed in any of the products/stores listed within Bluehouse World
Do you send Physical Gift Cards?
No! Our Gift Cards are Digital. We are aware of unnecessary packaging, plastic and shipping pollution. We keep it eco-friendly ; )
Plastic gift cards pollute the environment by not only clogging water sourcers but also increasing emission of greenhouse gases when in many cases they are burnt. Yes there are alternatives for plastic cards, but we believe that it is not necessary to increase paper waste that occurs for Holidays.
How do I create my Gifting Card?
- Select which image you want to send, from our selection.
- Set an amount: The amount works like a store credit, it includes the shipping costs if the user wants to cover it.
- Set your delivery date: This means when do you want the email to be sent to the recipient.
- Complete the recipient’s information: please make sure that the email is correct!
- Write a nice message =)
- Add to card, and proceed with the check out.
What happens after I purchase the giftcard?
Email sending occurs as soon as the payment has been made, unless the user selected a specific date (during the purchase) for the delivery of the Gift Card.
How can I redeem the Gift Card?
Do you already know what you want to buy with your Gift Card? Then you can redeem while you order. Place an item in your shopping cart and enter your gift card code at the banner above the Cart that says “Got a gift card from a loved one? Use it here!”.
You can also open your email and redeem from there. The code will be automatically aplied.
Please make sure that you are logged in the correct email.
I have not received the digital gift card.
It is possible that the email has ended in your spam/junk mail folder, please check there.
