How product is made
Organic bamboo hydrosol – Product from the distillation of bamboo leaves. It purifies combination and acne-prone skin and has a mattifying effect. It has a moisturizing and soothing effect, also for dry and sensitive skin. Due to the high silica content, it gives a soft and velvety feeling on the skin.
Organic Sweet Almond Oil – This oil leaves a velvety soft feeling on the skin. This soothing oil nourishes the skin and protects it from drying out. It activates skin regeneration and soothes itching and irritation.
Organic jojoba oil – This soothing and soothing oil easily penetrates the skin without leaving a greasy feeling. It protects the skin from dryness and wrinkles. The dry texture and original composition strengthen the hydrolipid film and regulate sebum formation in oily skin.
Organic shea butter – Shea butter is extracted from shea nuts, from a tree that only grows wild in the wooded savannas of West Africa. The composition is rich in fatty acids and therefore it has moisturizing and nourishing properties.

How to use

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you’ve received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (with an unbroken seal if present).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet after you’ve received a confirmation email, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
