Ons retourbeleid is 14 dagen geldig. We kunnen je alleen een terugbetaling of omruiling aanbieden tot 14 dagen vanaf de dag dat je het artikel hebt ontvangen.

Het artikel moet ongebruikt, onbeschadigd en in de originele verpakking worden geretourneerd om een volledige terugbetaling te krijgen.
Zodra uw retourzending is ontvangen, sturen we u een e-mail om u te laten weten dat we uw geretourneerde artikel hebben ontvangen. Nadat uw terugbetaling is verwerkt, wordt er binnen enkele dagen automatisch een tegoed op uw creditcard of oorspronkelijke betaalmethode toegepast.
Uitwisselingen
We kunnen producten vervangen als ze defect of beschadigd zijn. Als je het wilt ruilen voor hetzelfde artikel, stuur ons dan een e-mail.

Om uw product te retourneren, moet u het naar hetzelfde adres sturen als waar u uw verzending in Amsterdam heeft ontvangen. Stuur ons een e-mail als u een bevestiging van het adres nodig heeft.
