The natural color fabric is a half panama sulzer weave so has a lovely heavyweight to it, no need for a lining, keeping your gift nicely hidden. Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you’ve received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (with an unbroken seal if present).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are:
- Intimate or sanitary goods (unless in a sealed package and the seal is unbroken)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. This will be examined by us and decided wether a partial refund is granted or not. This is not a guarantee, however!
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Terugbetalingen
Zodra uw retourzending is ontvangen en geïnspecteerd, sturen we u een e-mail om u te laten weten dat we uw geretourneerde artikel hebben ontvangen. We zullen u ook op de hoogte stellen van de goedkeuring of afwijzing van uw terugbetaling.
Als u wordt goedgekeurd, wordt uw terugbetaling verwerkt en wordt er binnen een bepaald aantal dagen automatisch een tegoed op uw creditcard of oorspronkelijke betaalmethode toegepast.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet after you’ve received a confirmation email, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
