Not necessarily. It is a reality that those people who start this type of diet lose weight in a short time, but often it is not due to veganism, but to a change for the better in diet since they increase the consumption of fruits, vegetables and legumes and stop consuming especially processed and highly caloric products. But, for sure, this does not happen to everyone, it is directly related to the eating habits that are sustained.
