How product is made
Our products are made with FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified recycled rubber tree’s grown in a plantation and at the end of their life are replanted and the wood used for our brush handles. The bristles are made from sustainably farmed coconut husk’s which is the outside of dried coconuts.
All of our products and their packaging and shipping materials are 100% plastic-free, this includes labels and tape.
Note: Test all surfaces for scratching, although our products are marketed as non-scratch some soft or low quality plastics have been known to scratch easily. We do not take responsibility if a surface is affected and we have tested 1000’s of surfaces that are known to be safe.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept the return of an unused product within 14 days, after 14 days we cannot provide a refund or exchange. Once we receive the returned item The Eden Girl will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in the original packaging, and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for a refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they arrived defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by our Vendor Profile “Get Support” buttom.
