About Bluehouse

All products offered by Bluehouse must meet at least three of our Blue Labels. 


We make a big effort searching and selecting our sellers but we also don't want to limitate their access. 


The seller has to sign an affidavit in which they declare that the products that are going to be sold are legal, true and that they respect the selected Blue Labels. They also complete a Sustainability Statement that enable us to understand their production procedure of their products.

We rely on the good faith of our vendors to expand their products to a community that seeks well-being.

Anyone that creates or sells ethical, environmentally friendly, healthy or eco products/ services can create a store and sell on Bluehouse.


We do require that all products respect at least 3 of our Blue Labels, being the first two "Fair & Safe Working Condition" and "Cruelty Free".

  1. Click on Sign up button, and select “Register as a seller”.
  2. Read Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. IMPORTANT! Please respect our Blue Labels that are our set of criteria that make this marketplace a conscious one. 
  3. Fulfill the form with the information required.
  4. Upload the complete Sustainability Statement and submit the form. 
  5. You will receive an confirmation email with Next Steps once your brand and information is checked by our team. (This email confirmation can delay from 1 to 5 working days). In the event that the form is not completed correctly or we have any doubt about your submission we will contact you for further questions.  
  6. Complete your Selling Account + Payment Account in Stripe.
  7. Upload your products.
  8. Start Selling!

Our fees are simple and transparent.


When you sell on Bluehouse, there are some fees related to the services offered


  • Commission per Transaction

When you sell an item on Bluehouse there is a 10% service fee + Payment Processing Fee*.


*Payment Processing Fee varies with the different payment methods.

  • iDEAL - €0.29
  • Credit Card: Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express  - 1.4% + €0.25
  • Bancontact - 1.4% + €0.25

Other Methods: Alipay 2.9% + €0.25 / EPS 1.6% + €0.25 / giropay 1.4% + €0.25 / Multibanco 2.95% + €0.25 / Przelewy24 2.2% + €0.25 / SEPA Direct Debit €0.35 / Sofort 1.4% + €0.25 / WeChat Pay 2.9% + €0.25 / Klarna (Pay Later ) 2.99% + €1.00 (Pay Now) 1.4% + €0.25


  • Stripe Account Monthly Cost

In order to get paid within Bluehouse platform, it is required to create a Stripe account. The monthly cost for your account is of  € 2.10 per month from your first sale. 

You only need Products, photos of the product and a bank account where we can pay you.


We attach great importance to the transparency of each uploaded product, that is why we ask each seller to respect the Blue Labels and detail the materials / ingredients and product production process.


Our mission is to bring ethical, transparent and sustainable products closer to our growing community.


We do not want you to worry about marketing costs, because that is our job! We are a team, and as a team, we will make our community grow and showcase your eco-friendly product. 


Buyers can easily find your store just by browsing our search engine or filtering by brands. Also, we will promote your business, products and information through our multiple marketing platforms.

No! Our easy-to-handle platform allows you to create your Store in simple Steps. You will need of course your Brand Logo, product photo and the information of your business. Please, if you need any advice to enhance your store, contact us to [email protected]

We use Stripe as a payment method, so the first thing to do once you set up your account is to create an account on Stripe (within the Bluehouse Dashboard) and enter your bank and tax info.

Always keep this information updated so your deposits are transferred without delay. Users will be kept updated on Stripe and will have access to a “Lite” dashboard where they will see their balance and transfers to their bank accounts.

You don't need to worry about this. Our payment system will take care of it. You will be able to see all of your account movements on your Dashboard.

The ordering process at Bluehouse is very simple:

  1. Click on products to get to their respective detailed view page. In addition to the name, description and photo of the product, the price, the offering shop, the shipping costs and the delivery time are displayed here.
  2. Now select the variant you want, if, for example, several colors or sizes are offered. Add the product to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button. In the shopping cart you can determine the number of items that you would like to have delivered. If your desired number is not displayed, it is more than the stock available of the selling retailer.
  3. Before you go to checkout, you can enter a voucher code if you want to pay with a Bluehouse voucher.
  4. Have you collected all the items you want in your shopping cart? Then click on “Checkout” and follow the instructions on the screen. You will be asked to provide the billing address, delivery address and the desired payment method. 
  5. Once the payment has been completed, the shop will be notified and your goods will be shipped according the time the seller has determined. 


You can only place orders with Bluehouse online via our website. You can choose whether you want to register as a user or prefer to order as a guest without registering.

For shipping our orders we use DHL Parcel.


DHL Parcel has launched the GoGreen compensation program. 


GOGREEN is a carbon-neutral shipping option for customers of DHL.  With the GOGREEN optional service, all transport-related emissions of carbon dioxide are first calculated and then offset through external climate protection projects.


The carbon credits generated from external climate protection projects are managed by our in-house Carbon Management team. Carbon Management, all GOGREEN processes and the emissions-calculation methodology are verified annually by a third-party verifier, SGS.

We recommend you contact the Seller directly first from the Seller’s shop page. You can then follow up your order and ask for any tracking information to help locate your order. If you don’t receive a response within three business days, then please send an email with the order details to [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

This can vary based on the delivery method that the Seller has provided or that you have chosen, it also depends on your location, the Seller will have specified the shipping details on the Policy section on their shop page, including the handling time.
