For the body, after showering apply 6-7 drops of oil onto damp skin gently massaging until absorbed. For the face, apply 2 drops of oil directly or add it to your face cream morning and evening. For the hair, apply 1-3 drops to ends and massage until absorbed. It is also great for strengthening nails.
