Return policy
We love our products, and we hope you do too! If for any reason you are not happy with your Good Roll order, we believe returns and refunds should be simple and hassle free.
The return is paid by you except that the package was damage or wrong delivered. Please proceed by requesting a return from your order or in case you are a guest, contact us through our vendor profile “Contact store” buttom.
Please note that in most cases we can only accept returns of products that are ‘largely unused’ meaning that if more than 10% of the products in your order have been used (for example, 2 rolls of toilet paper have been used from your box of 24 rolls ), unfortunately we cannot accept the return and cannot refund. An exception to this is if you discover that some or all of the remaining products are defective; in that case we will issue a refund in accordance with consumer law.
